  Bought a propane cylinder exchange on 11-4-17. Got it home and set it beside my grill. Tonight with people coming over i popped the seal on it and hooked it up to my grill. Doesn't work. Can feel that the tank is full, was still sealed, tried calling for almost an hour letting the line ring for up to 10 minutes at a time and no one answered. After which i went to a closwr store (in a time crunch) and BOUGHT another cylinder which worked fine. I know sheetz isn't personally responsible for filling and maintaining the propane tanks but jesus, couldnt they at least answer the phone to advise on what course of action to take with it?
